Promotion Overview
The Matchmaker Mingle “Win a Blind Date” giveaway is run by With Every Fibre in connection with Mat & Mingle and @thursday.auckland.
Prizes include date vouchers valued at up to $100 NZD for selected Ponsonby venues: Cafe 39 ($100), Nami Record Bar ($40), and Blue Tamaki ($20).

Promotion Period

• The promotion opens upon publication. Entries close at 11:59pm (NZST) on 17 May 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

Eligibility

• Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years and over. Entrants must be based in Auckland or able to attend a date at the specified Ponsonby locations.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Follow @witheveryfibre, @thursday.auckland, @39ponsonby, @namirecordbar, and @blue.tamaki

• Complete the official entry form

• Submit a valid entry before the closing date

Incomplete, late, or duplicate entries may be deemed invalid.

Prize Details

• Each prize consists of a voucher for a date for two people at one of the listed venues.

• Prize value varies by venue as outlined above.

• All food and beverage selections are subject to the venue’s menu, pricing, and availability.

• Any additional costs beyond the voucher value are the responsibility of the winner.

Voucher Conditions

• Vouchers are single-use only and cannot be split across multiple visits.

• Vouchers must be redeemed within 2 months of issue, unless otherwise specified by the venue.

• With Every Fibre will coordinate booking arrangements with the venue. Winners must confirm availability when requested to secure their booking.

• Redemption is subject to the venue’s availability, operating hours, and booking policies.

• Vouchers are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.

• Lost, expired, or unused vouchers will not be replaced.

Winner Selection & Matching

• Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.

• Winners will be thoughtfully matched based on the details shared in their entry.

• Winners will be contacted via the details provided in their entry form.

• If a winner prefers not to take part in the blind date experience, they are welcome to opt out and enjoy the prize as a standard date experience instead.

• This experience is designed to be fun, low-pressure, and connection-led. No guarantee of romantic outcome is implied.

• With Every Fibre reserves the right to make final decisions on matches and pairings.

• If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe or chooses not to proceed, the prize may be forfeited and reallocated.

• The date experience takes place in a public venue; however, participants are responsible for their own personal safety and wellbeing at all times.

• Participants agree to engage respectfully, honestly, and with consideration for others.

• Either participant may choose to end the date at any time if they feel uncomfortable, with no obligation to continue.

• With Every Fibre is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or compatibility of participants.

• Participants attend and take part in the date at their own discretion and risk.

Conduct & Responsibility

• Participants agree to engage respectfully and responsibly during the date experience.

• With Every Fibre and participating venues are not responsible for the behaviour, safety, or outcomes of interactions between participants.

• Participation in the date experience is at the entrant’s own discretion and risk.

Content & Promotion

• Winners may be invited (but are not required) to share their experience on social media and tag participating venues.

• By entering, participants agree that With Every Fibre may use first names and general entry details for promotional purposes.

Privacy & Data

• Personal information collected will be used solely for administering this promotion, including contacting winners and coordinating the date experience.

• Information will only be shared with participating venues where necessary to facilitate bookings.

• We may use anonymised, non-identifiable data from entries to create insights or visual content around preferences and how people like to connect and mingle. Strictly no names, contact details, or personally identifiable information will be used.

• Personal data will not be sold or used for unrelated third-party marketing.

• By entering, participants consent to being contacted regarding this promotion.

• Participants may opt out of future communications at any time.

General

• This promotion is independently run by With Every Fibre in collaboration with participating venues and is not administered by those venues or @thursday.auckland.
